Resolving previous issues related to real estate transactions

Before taking part in the bid for each property, we verify all the necessary ownership and construction documentation. If something is missing, we advise you on how and where to resolve it, and if you wish, most of the previous issues can be resolved by us at your request.
Before concluding a pre-contract agreement or an agreement, we verify the entire documentation for you once more, with special emphasis on verifying the land registry status to determine whether there is any obstacle to the transfer of ownership rights – for example, whether there are any new records, registered real rights of third parties, whether there are submitted and pending proposals for registration (seals), enforcement, etc. If there is any obstacle to the transfer of ownership rights, we are here to solve it for you.
